Free Flowers for Everyone!

In yet another feel-good move from Dubai during the Eid celebrations, the city has announced that its world-famous Miracle Garden — the largest natural flower garden in the world — is now completely free for all UAE ID holders.

What Is the Miracle Garden?

If you haven't seen it, the Dubai Miracle Garden is a jaw-dropping display of over 50 million flowers arranged in spectacular shapes and structures. It covers 72,000 square meters and features everything from a full-size Emirates A380 airplane made entirely of flowers to massive Disney character displays.

Previously, entry to the garden cost visitors around AED 55 (roughly $15), making this free-access announcement a significant gesture — especially for the lower-income workers who make up a large portion of Dubai's population.

Part of a Bigger Eid Strategy

The Miracle Garden opening is part of Dubai's broader Eid 2026 celebrations, which also include the massive GDRFA giveaway of cars, gold bars, and flight tickets to blue-collar workers. Together, these initiatives paint a picture of a city going all-out to reward its residents during the holiday period.

Major brands across the UAE are also offering up to 90% discounts during the Eid sales, making this one of the most consumer-friendly holiday periods in recent memory.

A Bright Spot in a Dark Week

With global headlines dominated by energy crises, military escalation, and economic anxiety, Dubai's decision to open its most beloved attraction for free is a small but meaningful reminder that joy and generosity still exist — even in turbulent times.
